私たちは日本国内のクリエイターが安心してアートブックを出版し、ファンの方へと届けることができるよう クリエイターと書店をつなぐ仕組みづくりを進めています。
作家目線では、信頼のおける販路として多くの書店にアートブックが取り扱われること、 書店目線では、洗練されたクリエイターの作品情報に触れやすく、気軽に商材取り扱いできること。また、将来的には海外書店への配送も目指しており、作家個人では難しい海外展開を実現すべく事業展開してまいります。
そのために、弊社はアートブックをお預けいただける作家様を随時募集しております。
また、アートブックの販売代金に対する作家・書店・banso booksそれぞれの持分の透明性を大切にしており、 アートブック定価の内訳として 作家様は60%、書店様は30%、banso booksは10%とさせていただいております。

・佇まい、仕様に凝った本
・価格が弊社基準に達している本 - お取扱いの流れ

アートブック定価の70% - 弊社手数料

（書店への販売価格より弊社手数料を差し引いた代金をお支払い） - 作家様へのお支払時期
販売委託契約であるため、弊社と書店間で売買が成立した場合に作家様へのお支払いが発生します。
作家様より弊社倉庫へ納入いただくタイミングではありませんので、ご了承ください。
作家様へのお支払時期は契約時に取り決めとさせていただきます。
- 在庫管理
作家様よりご郵送いただいたアートブックについては弊社倉庫にて管理します。
販売状況に応じて弊社より作家様へ追加部数の発送依頼を行います。
なお、弊社倉庫にご郵送いただく際の送料は作家様ご負担とさせていただきます。 - その他
在庫とは別に、営業用資料・撮影用として見本用の本を1冊ご提供いただきます。

We are establishing a system to connect creators and bookstores, allowing Japanese creators to confidently publish and deliver their art books to their fans.
From the creator's perspective, this means having their art books handled by many trustworthy booksellers as a reliable sales channel. From the bookseller's perspective, it means easier access to information on sophisticated works by creators and the ability to handle products without hassle. Furthermore, we aim to facilitate distribution to international bookstores in the future, expanding our business to realize global market access, which is often difficult for individual creators.
To achieve this, we are continually seeking creators who wish to consign their art books to us.
Transparency in Profit Sharing
We place high value on the transparency of the profit distribution among the creator, the bookstore, and banso books, based on the retail price of the art book.
The breakdown of the art book retail price is as follows:
- Creator: 60%
- Bookstore: 30%
- banso books: 10%

■ Terms of Service
Contract Type
- Consignment sale of art books from the creator to our company.
Eligibility/Eligible Products
- Art books handled by this service are defined as follows:
- Visually-focused books.
- Books with a distinctive appearance and elaborate specifications/finish.
Distribution Flow
- Contracting
- Creator mails the art books to our warehouse
- Bookstore places an order with our company
- We deliver the art books to the bookstore
- We transfer the payment to the creator
Wholesale Price to Bookstores
- 70% of the art book's retail price.
Our Fee (banso books)
- 10% of the art book's retail price.
Payment to the Creator
- 60% of the art book's retail price.
- (This payment is calculated by subtracting our 10% fee from the 70% wholesale price paid by the bookstore).
Payment Timing for Creators
- Since this is a consignment sale, payment to the creator occurs when the sale is finalized between our company and the bookstore.
- Please note that payment is not made at the time the art books are delivered to our warehouse by the creator.
- The exact payment schedule will be agreed upon at the time of contracting.
Inventory Management
- Art books mailed by the creator will be managed in our warehouse.
- Based on sales status, we will request the creator to ship additional units to us.
- Please note that the shipping cost for mailing the art books to our warehouse will be borne by the creator.
Other
- In addition to the inventory, one sample copy of the book must be provided for promotional materials and photography purposes.
